Non-Therapeutic, Human-Centered Mental Health Support

Who We Are

We are a nonprofit platform offering asynchronous, non-therapeutic, human-centered support to guide you on your mental health journey.

Through Luminavia, you will explore your harmony of body, mind, and soul using curated materials, self-study exercises, and engaging goals designed to help you grow at your own pace. Our structured 12-month mastery plan encourages small, achievable steps, with optional motivational check-ins from a dedicated Volunteer Journey Companion (VJC) to support your journey.

We focus on emotional healing and personal growth, not emergency or medical care. We are not a replacement for therapy or counseling.

Can Help With

  • Stress, anxiety, low mood
  • Self-worth, shame, loneliness
  • Grief, life transitions, feeling stuck
  • Clarity, meaning, purpose

Cannot Help With

  • Active suicidal intent or crisis
  • Psychosis, dissociation, mania
  • Diagnosis, prescribing medication, or support for complex trauma

Why We Cannot Help with Some Conditions

Our platform provides self-study materials, exercises, and goal-oriented activities to help you explore and improve your wellbeing. Volunteer Journey Companions (VJCs) offer brief, asynchronous motivational check-ins, but they are not licensed therapists and do not provide clinical care.

For mental health needs requiring long-term, intensive, or specialized support, we strongly encourage seeking qualified professionals who can provide the care you deserve.
