Your Journey With Us - Step by Step

  1. Registration: Create your account.
  2. Email Activation: Check your inbox and activate your account via the link we send you.
  3. Initial Well-Being Check: Complete a brief self-assessment to help us understand your needs and guide your next steps.
  4. Request Your Journey Ticket: Once ready, request to begin your journey with a Volunteer Journey Companion (VJC).
  5. Journey Map Co-creation: Together with your VJC, we'll design a personalized journey plan outlining steps, objectives, and your destination; an exclusive concept created by Luminavia.
  6. Journey Begins: Support starts asynchronously, tailored to your goals.
  7. Going Forward in Your Journey: You'll complete tasks and small goals that we define together along the way.
  8. Optional - Become a Volunteer: If you feel ready, you may choose to become a co-traveler and support others who are just starting out.
  9. Preparation for Solo: When the time comes, we prepare to say goodbye — so you can continue with confidence.
  10. Solo Journey: Your solo phase officially begins. This date is recorded as a milestone.

You are welcome to repeat this cycle if you feel the need for another fresh attempt; however, due to limited resources, we can only issue a new journey ticket 3 months after the end of your last journey.

How We Work

Different people need different kinds of support. We've prepared a collection of cohesive, self-study and self-implementing materials, each centered around a specific approach in psychology, designed to address common mental health challenges. We call each of these approaches a "Lantern", a guiding light to help you along your journey.

You'll get to know them below, and don't worry if you're unsure which one suits you, our VJCs will help you find the right fit.

Lantern of Reason
(Logos & Serenus)
Using the Lantern of Reason to clear the fog of unhelpful thoughts and find calm in the now. Focuses on the "mechanics" of the mind. By combining CBT and Mindfulness, this Lantern helps you challenge unhelpful thoughts and find calm through logical clarity and presence.
Lantern of Purpose
(Flexus & Prospera)
Using the Lantern of Purpose to navigate challenges and walk toward a life that truly matters. Focuses on "movement." Using ACT and Positive Psychology, this Lantern helps you accept what you cannot control and take meaningful steps toward a life of purpose and growth.
Lantern of Warmth
(Eleos & Authentica)
Using the Lantern of Warmth to heal the inner critic and reconnect with your authentic self. Focuses on the "self." Through Compassion-Focused and Humanistic approaches, this Lantern helps you heal your inner critic and reconnect with your true, authentic identity.
