Your Journey With Us - Step by Step

  1. Registration: Create your account.
  2. Email Activation: Check your inbox and activate your account via the link we send you.
  3. Initial Well-Being Check: Complete a brief self-assessment to help us understand your needs and guide your next steps.
  4. Request Your Journey Ticket: Once ready, request to begin your journey with a Volunteer Journey Companion (VJC).
  5. Journey Map Co-creation: Together with your VJC, we'll design a personalized journey plan outlining steps, objectives, and your destination; an exclusive concept created by Luminavia.
  6. Journey Begins: Support starts asynchronously, tailored to your goals.
  7. Going Forward in Your Journey: You'll complete tasks and small goals that we define together along the way.
  8. Optional - Become a Volunteer: If you feel ready, you may choose to become a co-traveler and support others who are just starting out.
  9. Preparation for Solo: When the time comes, we prepare to say goodbye — so you can continue with confidence.
  10. Solo Journey: Your solo phase officially begins. This date is recorded as a milestone.

You are welcome to repeat this cycle if you feel the need for another fresh attempt; however, due to limited resources, we can only issue a new journey ticket 3 months after your step 9.

How We Work

Different people need different kinds of support. We've prepared a collection of cohesive, self-study and self-implementing materials, each centered around a specific approach in psychology, designed to address common mental health challenges. We call each of these approaches a "Lantern", a guiding light to help you along your journey.

You'll get to know them below, and don't worry if you're unsure which one suits you, our VJCs will help you find the right fit.

Eleos Self-compassion, reducing self-criticism, emotional safety Inspired by CFT (Compassion-Focused Therapy) in psychology, we offer exercises and content aimed at building self-compassion, easing self-criticism, and fostering emotional safety.
Logos Thought patterns, behavior, emotional response Inspired by CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) in psychology, we share tools that help you recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors toward healthier responses.
Flexus Acceptance, values-driven actions, re-authoring personal stories Inspired by ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and Narrative Therapy, you'll receive materials to help you accept what's outside your control, take actions that align with your values, and reframe your personal story in an empowering way.
Authentica Personal growth, authenticity, self-actualization Inspired by the Humanistic approach in psychology, we share resources that encourage self-reflection and help you connect more deeply with your feelings and values.
Prospera Focus on strengths, virtues, engagement, meaning, accomplishment Inspired by Positive Psychology and the PERMA model, we share tools to help you boost life satisfaction, find meaning, and build resilience through your strengths.
  • All of the above Lanterns (support approaches) follow the general theme of Healing thru Harmony of Body, Mind & Soul.
  • Together, we'll select the most suitable lantern to guide your journey based on your needs.
  • All contents and materials you'll receive are pre-designed for self-study and self-implementation.
